​Before probiotics, there was sauerkraut
​Before toothache gel, there was clove
​Before scar creams, there was rosehip oil
​Before anxiety pills, there was chamomile
​Before migraine tablets, there was feverfew
​Before muscle relaxants, there was valerian
​Before energy drinks, there was ginseng
​Before joint supplements, there was turmeric
​Before immune boosters, there was echinacea
​Before hair growth serums, there was rosemary oil

Hares are members of an ancient species - the lagomorphs - which have been around for about 90 million years, meaning they hopped around the feet of the dinosaurs and long outlived them. Perhaps that is one of the reasons hares are associated with longevity. Today we will be journeying to Hare to connect with rising energy of Spring 🙏🐰

Just a little more info re sundays drum circle , to carry forwards the energy of the fire horse year we will be grounding to the dragon energy of this land , preparing by a celtic sea salt feet scrub n then connecting to the earth star chakra and rising up on the beat of the drum n sound of earth chakra to meet fire horse. Following on from this next month we will head out for a spirit walk on a local sacred site to connect directly with dragon lines of our land. Feels important to be grounded in the mythological energy of our land as the fire horse runs through the yr 🔥🐎☘️🧙🏻‍♀️
