Dear Human Beeings…

I’m Closing my Psychotherapy practice for August to renew & resource & allow space for client holidays.

I will however be offering a retreat space during this time & also equine therapy here in beautiful Hollywood, Co. Wicklow.

So if you fancy staying in some truely zen surroundings… soaked in good intention .. there is a unique space here for rest & retreat.

A few years ago I got pretty sick of the wasted effort of having a ‘pretty’ garden.. so much work weeding etc. for little return..

So I decided that each plant in our garden should either add to the eco-system or have herbal / edible qualities… and if it looked well it would be a bonus.

I rewilded all the green areas & begun to plant for insects, birds, teas, juices, oils, salves & nutrition.

Then I did an Eco therapy course. Then i shared my garden & ideas with a neighbour.

This year the amount of nesting birds, insects, frogs, wild bumblers & bees 🐝 are a testament to what a few years of concious choice, clear(ish) vision, a bit of patience & eco friendships can bring about.

This August & September I am offering Mindful experiences for individuals & groups. In the garden and / or with the horses (no riding involved). DM for further info & costs.
