Infant Massage Classes Are Back!

I’m delighted to announce that Infant Massage classes are returning! After a break while I searched for a suitable space, the room at Tureencahill Community Centre has now become available, and I’m thrilled to be back.

Classes will begin on Tuesday, 20th January, running in a 5-week block. More details on times and bookings will follow soon.

Baby massage is a wonderful way to bond with your little one, support their comfort, and learn simple techniques for everyday challenges like reflux, colic, constipation, or sleep issues.

Relaxed, supportive, and hands-on classes.

Today, Thursday, November 27th marks 10 years since I opened my doors for the very first time. I started out renting a room in An Ríocht in Castleisland, where I spent seven great years supporting clients and building my practice from the ground up.

Over time, I transitioned to working from home; it’s been the perfect space to continue growing, learning, and offering the kind of care I’ve spent 13 years training for.

🍁I saw Access Bars advertised on Scíthe Therapies Facebook and decided to give it a try. I’d been dealing with restricted movement, pain and discomfort in my shoulder after an injury. Physio has been great, but I was still limited.
The treatment with Ann really helped ease things in a gentle way, and there was an immediate improvement in the pain, discomfort and range of movement afterwards. I will use Access Bars in conjunction with physio.

🍁I recently had an Access Bars treatment with Ann ahead of returning to work after maternity leave. I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious about the juggle of work life balance that lay ahead. 🍁A few days before I did the access bars i was feeling very unsettled and angry cos alot of old emotions were coming to the surface. By doing the access bars it helped me to deal with this and figure out where these emotions stemed from and cleared alot of blockages for me.
I was wrecked tired for the rest of the day and slept sound that night.
By the following morning I felt more motivated. I decluttered some of my wardrobe which was a big thing for me cos I have been putting it off for so long as I had no motivation and I definitely believe doing this treatment was a big help. It also cleared alot of head space for me. ( Stopped my head from racing )
Also I found that it helped me deal with some relationships that I was finding hard to be around.
I would definitely recommend this treatment if you have blockages you need to clear and I can't wait for the next one.🍁
