Registration from 11am, with warm up at 11:45am followed by the first games at 12pm.

It promises to be a great day, with some surprise guests on the day.

Remember, all monies go towards both Glencorrib- Kilroe and Shrule Defibrillator groups.

Every minute, 30 people will experience their first stroke. Globally 1 in 4 people will have a stroke in their lifetime.

Up to 80% of the incidence of stroke can be prevented by modifying risk factors such as blood pressure, cholesterol levels, smoking, and physical inactivity.

The more risk factors you have, the more likely it is that you will develop a stroke. Focus on the risk factors you can change, because even if you have a family history, there is a lot you can do to reduce your risk.

Every minute counts! - get your blood pressure, pulse, and cholesterol checked regularly, and know your numbers.
