Welcome back everyone after Christmas break. Some did so well during Christmas and some indulged like myself but all of you have the same attitude, back on track. Make this the year you get healthy for life. No yo yo dieting just simply good nutrition. Special well done to the 5pm lady on Thursday night back on track and doing so well :)

This is delicious, made my own Herbalife yoghurt for breakfast, less water in shake, scoop of protein powder, two scoops of protein drink mix and three scoops of formula one strawberry shake, mixed in blender so eating shake with spoon, delicious and tom thinks he is eating a petit filous ;)

Have looked at everyone's results and so many of you did so well, delighted for you. Two people stood out for best overall transformation so I have their prizes for them and have contacted then privately as they do not want their names mentioned here. Male client at half nine Thursday night lost half a stone. All fat as lost 2.5 percent body fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle. Visceral fat down so much, hydration up and metabolism up, love working with this gent even if he hates getting weighed :). Female client at half six on Thursday lost 12 pounds, astounding 7% body fat and gained muscle too. 2 litres visceral fat gone and metabolism through the roof, body feeling 16 years younger. Today I started getting back on track. Throughout pregnancy and now during breastfeeding I have been taking Herbalife products, not for weight loss just simply for nutrition for myself and baby. However, I have also been helping myself to lots of rubbish too so making myself accountable now. Weight not too bad but would like to lose just over half a stone but my body fat is terrible so want to lose 8,% and I need to gain four to five pounds of muscle. Baby Kate just over a month old now so not putting pressure on myself but want to get back to feeling better so all my clients can do it with me from now. Halloween leftovers in the bin :) started getting addicted to bread and chocolate again so need to stop, we can get back on track together and let's see if I can walk the walk aswell as talk the talk :)

Run up to my weeks off to work going great. Astounding results all week, honestly all of you are so great, I know I mention one or two outstanding during week but all of you should be so proud, you are all really sticking to the programme and I'm delighted for all of you. I am again going to give a special mention to my five o'clock lady and 9pm man last night because you both are doing incredible so big well done again.
