🍂 October is the month of transition, reflection and returning. As we look to nature, we see leaves falling from the trees and as we look to ourselves in our own lives we also see that shedding of
unnecessary weight allowing us to prepare for growth and new beginnings.

🧘🏼‍♀️ 30minute Hatha Vinyasa yoga flow, suitable for all levels, in the comfort of ‘s outdoor canopy area, offering the perfect space for flowing amongst nature, perfect for the unpredictable Irish weather

🧖🏼‍♀️ 45minute outdoor sauna session, complete with an outdoor, refreshing cold shower to cool off in between sweating it out.

We are buzzing to introduce the upcoming Yoga and Sauna series at Oakdale Sauna and Wellness. Our goal has always been to create a space for complete wellbeing, and integrating yoga perfectly aligns with that vision ✨

Brid & Flow is led by Bríd Hennigan, a 200-hour Holistic Yoga Teacher trained in Rishikesh, India—the heart of traditional yoga. Her approach weaves together breath, mindful movement, and presence to create space for students to reconnect with themselves and flow more freely—on and off the mat. Her classes are inclusive, grounding, and inspired by nature’s natural ebs and flows.
