Meet our Director Susan Somers! 🎭 Susan has been a valued member of Bridge since the early 2000’s, she steered the group to its first All Ireland in 2009 in the Confined section with ‘Same Old Moon,’ by Geraldine Aaron and led us to a 3rd placing at last years Open final with ‘The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.’ 🤗 Susan loves the challenge and flexibility of a minimal set and is attracted to plays that present opportunities for creative and ambitious design so ‘Things I Know To Be True,’ was right up her street! 🙌🎭 Come along to our pre All-Ireland shows at Gorey Little Theatre on 27th & 28th April. As we prepare for our ‘Things I Know To Be True,’ pre All-Ireland shows at Gorey Little Theatre we want to introduce to you the backbone of Bridge - our Crew! ❤️💪Jessica Murphy, our stage manager & our rock, Mairead Hammel Cummings, our sound operator who never misses a beat, Pat Curran, our set builder with Keith Prendergast, set transport/crew, Myles Sunderland, set transport/crew/chairperson, without these guys we wouldn’t have a stage and Mark Redmond, lighting and current ‘Best lighting’ man in Ireland. 🇮🇪 Our thanks to other Bridge members who support our crew by coming along at times to lend a hand! Without this team, there is no play!
