About the Labs:
It is often that we find ourselves more tired than we feel we should be, or always sick or irritable and discontent with the way things are...yet we often forge through life and don't look at WHY until we are broken and disease sets in. This set of labs are designed to look at your nutrient deficiencies, thyroid, liver and kidney function, cardiovascular health and immunity to give you a picture of your baseline. We will guide you in ways to improve your unique health status so you can be the best version of yourself. We will also Identify your own unique cortisol response which can be a vital piece in choosing the right food and exercise for your wellbeing. High intensity exercise can be detrimental to someone with chronic high cortisol or extremely low cortisol can stand in the way of your fitness goals.
