✨️A photo carousel of a busy and enjoyable week 🌞

1. It was a brilliant week in the treatment room, my busiest week to date in 2025! Thanks to everyone who booked a session, bought a voucher or products!

2. After treatments today(Saturday), I enjoyed a lunch & coffee date with .herbalmedicine ☕️YUM!

3. (8 & 9). Mam & I had multiple trips to the beach enjoying the sun and a dip in the sea 🌊

4. I am practicing what I preach in the gym, strengthening my body for life and work.
We have started a new mesocycle on the app I use ,which is fun and effective 🏋‍♀️

5. Meet Sally 😺 a lovely cat (1yr old aprox) who is one of many looking for a home through adoption in Gorey . I have been volunteering there for a few months and love it.🐈‍⬛️ If you are interested in adopting a cat, do get in touch with them!

6. Orthopedic Massage Studies are back in full swing👩‍🎓loving it!!

7. Sold a great number of my Aromatherapy stock recently (inhalers and oil rollers). The most popular blend is the pregnancy/ labour. It's great to see people benefit from these selfcare tools.
