Today we had the absolute pleasure to bring a bit of joy to a little girls life.

Today we presented Honorary Garda Hayleigh Kenneally with her brand new Garda patrol car so she can patrol the neighbourhood. Many thanks to the Little Blue Heroes Charity and Sean Killigrew for allowing us to be part of such a significant day when Honorary Garda Kennelly was attested.

Special thanks also goes to Esmark Finch - Vehicle Engineering for supplying and wrapping the patrol car.

We want to wish Honorary Garda Kennelly all the best in her treatment.

Delighted to add Paediatric First Aid to our training schedule in Mallow on 30th August.

We will cover a number of topics on the course from CPR, Choking, Asthma, Drowning, Head Injuries to name a few.

Delighted to be back in Charleville for First Aid Response for one of our clients.

This course is being run over 3 days to give students the knowledge and skills to provide immediate and life saving care should the need arise.

We started out with some lectures today and tomorrow will see them learn CPR and Defibrillator use along with other skills.

As part of our customer service to our clients we regularly conduct checks on defibrillators that our clients have. This morning we replaced defibrillator pads that were due to expire at the end of the month for a Primary school.

Regularly checking these crucial components ensures that your device is ready for action when every second counts.

🔋 Batteries can drain faster in cold temperatures, and extreme cold can affect the device's components. Regularly inspect your AEDs to ensure they’re charged and ready for emergencies!

Also, keep them visible and accessible—snow and ice can hide them when we need them most.

Tuesday saw our very first, First Aid Response course kicking off as a Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) Approved Training Institute. One 3-Day FAR course and two FAR recertification courses for the one client on their training week.

We have 5 instructors across the week covering FAR, Heartsaver, Basic Life Support for Nursing staff and Basic First Aid. A lot of hard work and long nights have gotten us to where we are today.
