🚨 Chest Pain? Don’t Ignore It. Act Fast! 🚨

Chest pain may be a warning sign of a heart attack — every second counts.

✅ If you’re experiencing chest pain:
• Stop what you’re doing and sit down.
• Call 999 or 112 immediately – don’t try to drive yourself to hospital.
• Stay calm and chew an aspirin (if not allergic and advised by a healthcare professional or Ambulance Control).
• If someone else is with you, tell them what’s happening and have them stay close until help arrives.

⚠️ Even if the pain eases, still get checked by a medical professional. Some heart attacks start mild and worsen over time.

👉 Early action can save your life. Don’t wait — make the call.

Today we had the absolute pleasure to bring a bit of joy to a little girls life.

Today we presented Honorary Garda Hayleigh Kenneally with her brand new Garda patrol car so she can patrol the neighbourhood. Many thanks to the Little Blue Heroes Charity and Sean Killigrew for allowing us to be part of such a significant day when Honorary Garda Kennelly was attested.

Special thanks also goes to Esmark Finch - Vehicle Engineering for supplying and wrapping the patrol car.

We want to wish Honorary Garda Kennelly all the best in her treatment.

Delighted to add Paediatric First Aid to our training schedule in Mallow on 30th August.

We will cover a number of topics on the course from CPR, Choking, Asthma, Drowning, Head Injuries to name a few.

We also have a number of CPR and BLS courses running from June to October.
