Body coach banana & chocolate pancakes.
If you haven't tried these yet they are a lovely treat for breakfast if you fancy something sweet.
30g oats, 1 small banana, 1 egg, 45ml milk, 1tap baking powder, 1tsp cinnamon, dark chocolate

Blitz everything together in a blender.. so simple and quick.. I like to just add chocolate on top once both sides are cooked.

400 calories, 13.5 g protein

Overnight oats with stewed apple.
I also added some cinnamon and allspice for an extra kick.
Mix all ingredients together, except for the stewed apple, allow to thicken. Start to layer with oat mix, then apple, then oat mixed. Topped mine with leftover strawberries from breakfast.
Recipe calories are for the mix divided into two or you could have three smaller portions for a snack. 261 calories 13.5g protein per portion.

I struggle to eat breakfast, especially early on a work day. So this is perfect to travel with and eat when I'm hungry..

I love my gluten free pancakes 🥞 treat at the weekend. So simple to make, and a nice treat without breaking the calorie ...

I love my gluten free pancakes 🥞 treat at the weekend. So simple to make, and a nice treat without breaking the calorie bank. I would love to see more restaurants and hotels adding these to their breakfast menu for those who can't eat gluten.

50g doves GF flour
1 egg
100g lactose free milk
And I use coconut oil to cook them.
Serve with Lidl Moser Roth 70% dark chocolate and strawberries.

455 calories in total and 15.5g protein
