Meet the Founders!
We’re Paula and Mark — husband and wife, parents to three children, and co-founders of SOMEGA.

SOMEGA began in 2019 from a simple family moment — trying (and failing!) to get our kids to eat fish for their omega-3s. As a nutritionist, Paula knew how important they were for growing brains, and as a food scientist, Mark figured there had to be a better way. So, we joined forces to create supplements that are effective, delicious, and easy to take — for kids and adults alike.

Fast forward to today, and we’re proud that SOMEGA has grown into one of Ireland’s leading, multi-award-winning supplement brands.

✨ Mark is our product innovator — always exploring new ingredients and dreaming up the next breakthrough formula. When he’s not working, he’s in the garden or cheering during yet another 😅 big match.
