11th technique for running is Single Leg Jump. Excellent exercise to build up singe leg strength and balance. The more control you have over your jump, the better muscle involvement and control you'd be able to produce when pushing on a harder terrain.
Personally I think 50m should be enough, anything below that is great! Make sure to perform it with both legs for the same distance.
