T60 Class starts Monday 10th February.

This 60 minute full body class is designed to help:
Increase your energy levels
Improve your mobility and flexibility
Improve strength and stability
Improve core strength
8 classes 2 per week.

This class is on every Monday and Wednesday night from 7-8pm. All fitness levels welcome. Monthly pass or Pay as you go options available.
