I'm feeling inspired by the wonderful feedback from my client on managing her PMS! For the first time ever, she didn’t experience any of her usual symptoms! It’s amazing how small changes can lead to big improvements. I’m so happy for her!
In Recall Healing, PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) is often related to unresolved emotional conflicts and ancestral imprints. The idea is that symptoms experienced during PMS - such as mood swings, irritability, bloating, and pain are linked to subconscious conflicts related to femininity, motherhood, relationships, or past traumas.
Possible Emotional Conflicts Behind PMS:
1. Conflict of Femininity - A deep struggle with being a woman, perhaps due to societal, cultural, or family beliefs.
2. Motherhood and Reproduction Conflicts - Fears, resistance, or unresolved emotions about becoming a mother or not being able to conceive.
3. Rejection of the Feminine Cycle - Feeling burdened by menstruation, associating it with pain, shame, or impurity.
4. Inherited Ancestral Trauma - Unresolved traumas from female ancestors related to pregnancy loss, forced marriages, or gender oppression.
5. Suppressed Anger or Guilt - Often linked to relationships with men, fathers, or partners.
6. Unconscious Memory of a Loss - If a woman’s mother or grandmother experienced miscarriages, stillbirths, or abortions, these unresolved griefs can manifest in her body.
And many more ...
I Approach PMS by:
🩷 Identifying the Conflict: Through guided introspection, uncovering hidden emotional wounds related to PMS symptoms.
🩷 Releasing Unconscious Blocks: Acknowledging and processing past trauma or beliefs around femininity and menstruation.
🩷 Reconnecting with the Body: Embracing the natural cycle instead of resisting it.
🩷 Ancestral Healing (Family Tree Work): Recognizing patterns from previous generations and breaking the cycle.
