Gentle movement with mindful breathing helps the body and mind slow down, release tension, and restore balance. 💫
It supports the lymphatic system, activates the parasympathetic nervous system (our natural “rest + digest” mode), and nourishes the chakras — leaving you calmer, lighter, and more connected. ✨

These practices also work with the connective tissues and fascia — helping to release tightness, improve flexibility, and support overall mobility and ease in the body. 🌸

It’s not about pushing or perfection — just moving in a way that feels good and supports your whole self. 💕

Here is a little about our mindful conversations,
We will explore mindful conversations using the lens of mindfulness, each month we will investigate things like, managing emotions like anger, compassion, loving kindness, courage and so on.
Focusing on a different topic each week exploring together different ways to cultivate support as we walk through each day and navigate the different challenges and how perhaps mindfulness may have ways to support us to manage or overcome these together.
We will experience different meditations too and find the ones that work for you, as you develop your own understandings.
