I am back!

I wish to share a Huge Thank you to all
from the bottom of my heart,
For a wonderful year gone by .. ups ands downs, Such teachings never to be forgotten...
The therapy room that was here for you last year
Will be with you again this year...

We will be moving in physical shell this year
But the essence of any therapy room
Is not the shell but the therapist
That creates, prepares and holds space,
That provides a safe space for your body to allow, That understands their "job"
In crafting and weaving where ever we are.

When we move we leave the shell
but the essence comes with us,
the memories and teachings stay with us...
You are your home, not the physical space,
While it is nice to have trinkets
And a clean and homely environment,
It is the space within ourselves
That matters the most... ❤️‍🔥💚❤️‍🔥

Change, discomfort and vulnerability
are essential for growth,
Just like a crab or lobster must shed its rigid, outgrown shell to get a new one
And continue to grow.....
