You dont always have to explain your side of the story. It took me alot of time mistakes over sharing trying to prove who I was my worth . It takes time.Your actions how you live is proof enough. The over sharing trying to show people your side is exhausting. Time tells the truth

Often people ask will they be re traumatised from life events. Here in one of .o2 his trainings he explains how the body processes our experiences and the professional practice of holding space and your nervous system while is unravels past experiences gently slowly and in a safe way. This is so important and needs extensive training and experience and practice correctly. This is probably one of the most incredible trainings and witnessing a clients most vulnerable state is an honour if skillfully done . Its not about the ecstatic experiences people chase or want to have but a deep understanding of the nervous system regulation Safely .

THE JUDGMENT INNER CRITIC MY BODY MIND HAD STORIES I TRUELY BELIEVES WERE REAL. STUCK IN THIS PATTERN THIS BELIEF THIS IMPRINT . IT WAS GIVEN SPACE TIME AND SAFETY TO UNRAVEL AND RELEASE STORED MEMORIES EMOTIONAL BELIEF.
