We will begin by raising our vibration and detoxifying in the sauna

Then make our way to the fire for a cup of blue lotus tea from Egypt

Used for enhancing lucid dreaming and expanded states of awareness during mediation

Hello we are Sinรฉad and Cat and this is our new sauna adventure.

We want to combine our passions for health, wellness, spirituality and nature into this space.

Weโ€™re creating something warm, intentional and welcoming, and we canโ€™t wait to share it with you. Itโ€™s a place to slow down, sweat it out, and take a break from the busy outside world.

This new chapter unfolded for us very quickly, and it feels so aligned and divinely timed.

Soon we will be revealing our location and opening hours โœจโค๏ธ

Welcome to Shanti Sauna

We were brainstorming about a name for our sauna, listing out our values, visions, and core ethics.

A Hindu Sanskrit word cameโ€ฆ Shanti.

Shanti represents both inner and outer peace.
Peace in speech, in body, and mind.
(Individually and collectively)

We want to create a safe and sweat space, where community can begin to build while being held by nature.

A space to ground, breathe, and be present.

Peace begins within and radiates out into the world around us.

We hope our sauna can assist you in feeling more peace.
