The death has occurred of
Gretta O'Reilly
(née Burke)
Athenry Road, Tuam, Galway

Gretta, formally of Boyounagh Bridge, Glenamaddy, passed away peacefully at Galway University Hospital on the 19th June 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband JJ, parents John and Annie Burke, sisters May and Josie, and brothers Paddy and Johnny.

Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Marion and Anne, sons Philip, John and Eugene. Lovingly remembered also by her grandchildren, nephews, nieces, in-law’s and extended family, neighbors and friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace

Funeral arrangements:
Sunday 22nd June, 2025
Reposing at the Glynn’s Funeral Home, High St, Tuam, Co. Galway from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. With removal afterwards to the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Tuam.

Monday 23rd June, 2025
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Gretta at Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuam at 11.30 a.m. Funeral afterwards to Boyounagh Cemetery, Cashel, Williamstown, Co Galway.
