This workshop is designed to help parents and carers understand ADHD more deeply — whether your child has been diagnosed, you’re exploring your own neurodiversity, or you’re simply curious to learn more.

Megan will offer practical strategies for supporting emotional regulation, attention, and behaviour — both at home and in your wider community. 💬🧠💡

We are delighted to announce Inside Out Therapy’s very first training workshop! 🤗 This training will focus on the ABC’s of Positive Behaviour Support.

✨This training introduces you to the foundations of positive behaviour support. We will look into ‘why’ behaviours may occur as well as how best to support your child.

✨This training is perfect for any parent, caregiver or other working professional who is hoping to learn about the foundations of positive behaviour support.

It’s a busy day here at Inside Out Therapy! Our sessions are full of exciting activities, from social & emotional skill-building, haircut preparation all the way to sensory play. We’re helping our kids tackle new challenges, gain confidence, and grow stronger every day. 💪✨

No matter how busy, every moment is dedicated to empowering our kids to thrive!

Another week sitting with the most incredible, brave and wonderful young people.

When a therapist connects with a child and forms a relationship which allows that child to be just as they are, and not how they are “supposed to be” in the world, well something magical happens.

The magic is that we get to see them in all their colour, their true colours. What a gift it is see ❤️

This has been a big week for us all at Inside Out Therapy. We celebrated our first anniversary on Wednesday ☺️

This time last year myself and Andrea officially opened the doors and welcomed families into our service for the first time. Our team has since grown, and we have the most amazing practitioners in Chloe E, Chloe B, Megan, Lynda and Padraig!! We have almost 150 families coming to our service every week. To be able to support this many children is a dream come true.

Every day we push ourselves to be the very best we can be. And I am so proud of the work that we do. I want to thank my team for their amazing commitment, energy and drive. The impact they are having on the lives of the children they work with is just incredible to see.

Thank you so much to the children and families who have supported us over the past 12 months. We are here for you and it is our privilege.

Finally, on a personal note, I want to thank my own family for all of their support. For the big changes that came into our lives, for their love and encouragement in helping me to fulfill my dreams.

Thank you Judy, Megan, Lucy and Harry. I love you the most ❤️
