I teach a series of Vinyasa Threads (sequences of breath linked postures) tailored to the needs of the group or individual, helping students advance their practice, safely and with awareness. Sequences designed to safely bring students into poses, practicing intelligently rather than randomly. I believe it is important to create a solid foundation for practice and to provide a deeper awareness of body anatomy and alignment. Potential benefits:

Power Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalising form of physical fitness. Vinyasa Flow is where movements are linked to the breath of either inhaling or exhaling, sometimes building poses for longer and other time moving faster. Power Yoga is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom. Working with yourself and not against yourself. Regular practice will achieve:
- increased flexibility
- strengthens and elongates spine
- relieve back pains
- improves breath
- brings the body to a calm state: 'Parasympthic Nervous System'
- improves your mental and physical well being
- detoxifies body, flushes toxins
