The scene is set and we’re ready to go for tomorrow’s SALT AND SOUND session ☺️

You’ll be welcomed with a cosy blanket and eye mask and then you’ll settle into our tranquil salt room for a full 60 minutes of complete switch-off .

All you need to do is breath in the healing salt air while being immersed in soothing sound vibrations. Tomorrow’s session will be using our fabulous eucalyptus and mint salt for an even more powerful healing 🍃

We kick off at 9.15am and the price is €30

The best thing about having your last midterm family session last thing on a Saturday.....you can walk away just.🤣🤣 it was worth it though for the laugh when I opened the door to the fort and the massive salt castle they built.🤣 I'll not mention who the family in question "Waughs"🤣🤣😉😉 good times at Salt😁👍

Its a spooky morning in S.A.L.T. That was a bit close for comfort. At least I had the sense to hide....phew🙈🤣 Happy Halo..ween everyone (that's a wee halo therapy/haloween pun there for ya's)🙈🤣👍

There's only one or two seats left in the salt room today and 1 or 2 first thing tomorrow morning if you think you need it.
Otherwise get booking for next week. Its busy season now😁

A Coffey morning in salt😁

The first day of our mid term family sessions off to a chilled start with the Coffey Family this morning after the long weekend. A great bunch altogether who really enjoyed it.
