Sauna use is definitely on the rise, especially here in Ireland. Did you know that aromatherapy can be used in a steam sauna to enhance your overall wellness experience, both physical and mental?
Not only will the oils smell amazing, but using them in the sauna allows you to experience their benefits in a more targeted way.
Essential oils can help:

Really looking forward to being part of the Fechin Festive Friday on 29th Nov! St Fechins GAA Community Centre St Fechins GAA

Are we allowed mention the "C" word yet?😆🎄🎁. We are bringing Christmas to St Fechins a little early this year, on 29th November we are holding "Fechin Festive Friday" a Christmas shopping market. We have over 35 stall holders in place so there will be plenty of opportunities to pick up some presents and maybe something for yourself 😊. There will be a cup of tea and a raffle also. Come and join us from 5pm to 9pm on 29th November in St Fechins GAA Community Centre .
