🌿 Welcome to My Yoga Space! 🌿

Hi everyone! I’m Edel, a passionate yoga teacher based in Monasterboice & Termonfeckin, and I’m so excited to share my love for yoga with you.

Yoga has completely transformed my mental and physical health: it helped me through stressful times, eased anxiety, and strengthened my body in ways I never imagined. Now, I hope to help others experience the same benefits, whether you’re looking to build strength, find calm, or just take an hour for yourself.
