As this year comes to a close, I want to thank everyone who stepped onto the mat with me.
I’m deeply grateful for our shared practice, the growth, connection, and healing we experienced together.
May this Christmas season bring you peace, rest, and joy.

Hi, I hope you are all well 🌸
This week we will start new block of classes. For 5 weeks we will study Niyamas, the second of the eight limbs of yoga, representing internal observances or "positive duties" that focus on self-discipline and inner cultivation.

First Niyma is called Saucha, meaning purity or cleanliness. It involves maintaining purity in three areas: physical cleanliness through hygiene and a healthy diet, mental cleanliness by clearing negative thoughts and clutter, and social purity through truthful and compassionate speech and actions.
Please make sure to book your mat.
