The benefits of baby (infant) massage are abundant and they can last a lifetime. It can help stimulate the many systems of the body helping regulate digestion, sleep, easing pains such as colic and constipation. It is also a very special way to bond with a baby, which is why we believe its best taught to those closest to baby, especially the parents. Baby massage classes are fun and interactive, its one-on-one time for you and your baby in those precious first few months of their lives...time well spent in a safe, warm and loving environment. As a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) and a member of Baby Massage Ireland, my classes are recognised by Ireland's main Health Insurance companies, who provide refunds for classes, for members of baby massage ireland only, and dependant on plan type. I run classes in Clongriffin/Donaghmede and also in Donabate/Portrane - but also facilitate surrounding areas. Private group classes also available.
