Feeling very emotional today.. Sometimes we just need to honor oneself, rest, cry and let it all out in a healthy safe way.. We all have our good and bad days and it's pefectly normal once we allow and honor it and not let it take over.. For many year I would have compressed my emotions and feeling, wore a mask and pretend everything was OK but inside I was drowning, full of fear and neglecting my true self this lead to so many unhealthy feelings, depression and anxiety and most of all I lost myself.. Now as a holistic therapist and with all the right tools in my bag I honor my true self connect within, listen and ask what my body is showing me.. Tomorrow is a new day and I'll do some self care and a beautiful walk in nature.. So remember beautiful souls it's ok to have bad days to stay in your pjs and cry or whatever you need.. Love yourself deeply hug yourself, eat the chocolate or cake or whatever you like and do something just for you..
