✨ Harvesting Serenity ✨

I’m so grateful to be able to do this work. Each retreat feeds my soul in the deepest way. I put so much care into creating these spaces, and every time, I’m reminded why.

It’s incredible to witness a group of women arrive on the first day, often carrying stress, fatigue, and the weight of life, and to see the shift by the final morning. Through nourishing food, grounding yoga, lots of yoga nidra, sauna sessions, laughter and some quiet moments, something softens. They leave lighter, more connected, and deeply nourished.

Next up is The Deepening – Winter Yoga Retreat

January 16 to 18, 2026

A gentle, reflective space to begin the new year with intention. Expect warmth, movement, stillness, and deep rest in a supportive environment.

Spaces are limited and already filling fast (Only 6 spots left). Rooms start at €380 for thr full weekend.

Message me to book or learn more 💫

Big shout out to for these beautiful photos and to my mum Cathy, getting to do these retreats with you by my side is something I really cherish and never take for granted ❤️

☀️Still buzzing from Sunday!☀️

Our Yoga on the Beach community came together and raised over €1,000 for a family in Gaza and I couldn’t be more proud or more grateful.

This wasn’t just a fundraiser. It reflected something deeply important to me. For the past seven years, I’ve worked with MSF, and through that experience, I’ve seen how vital it is to stand in solidarity with people facing crisis. Humanitarian work has shaped how I see the world and how I show up in it.

Sunday reminded me that yoga isn’t just about movement or breath. It’s about seva (selfless service), ahimsa (non-harming), and living our values in real, tangible ways. What we did together was a beautiful expression of that.

To everyone who came, donated, shared, and supported thank you. You showed what’s possible when community and purpose come together.

And this is just the beginning. I’m excited to keep building on this energy and exploring more ways we can use this practice to support those who need it most both near and far.

With so much love and gratitude,
Niamh 🙏

After teaching yoga for 7 years, I have learned that how we move off the mat is just as important as how we move on it.

In 2019, after returning from an intensive retreat in India, practicing 3 to 4 hours a day, I came home feeling strong but also carrying the weight of overuse and imbalance in my body. That is when I was introduced to Amatsu therapy.

At first, I did not fully understand it. But session by session, I began to feel subtle shifts, less tension, more ease, and a deeper awareness of how I was using my body. It helped me recover from injury, but more than that, it changed how I move, teach, and listen to my body.

Amatsu has become a quiet but powerful support in my practice. It is not about fixing, it is about remembering how to move well.

I share this because I want others to feel the benefits I have experienced. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this work can help you move with more awareness, balance, and ease.

🌿 Hi everyone, I’m Niamh 🌿

It feels like the right time to reintroduce myself, especially as I step into a new chapter of my journey 🌛

Many of you know me through my yoga offerings, a practice that’s been such a grounding force in my life. Teaching yoga has allowed me to connect deeply with others, hold space, and witness beautiful transformations through breath, movement, and stillness.

But over the past year, something new has been brewing & unfolding…

✨ I’ve been training as an Amatsu therapist, a gentle, holistic Japanese therapy that works with the body’s natural patterns to restore balance and well-being. It’s been a deeply personal and healing experience for me, and I’m now beginning to open up spaces for Amatsu therapy sessions alongside my yoga work.

This feels like a natural extension of what I love most: helping people feel more at home in their bodies.

If you’re curious about Amatsu, or just want to reconnect, I’d love to hear from you 🙏

As we find ourselves at the beginning of a New Year, how is setting an intention different from setting goals and resolutions?

The Sanskrit word ‘Sankalpa’ is where the yogic idea of ‘intention’ is derived, and when broken down is defined by: ‘Kalpa’ which can translate as ‘vow’, and ‘San’ which refers to a connection with our highest truth. The tradition of Yoga teaches that we are already perfectly whole and complete, and that we have everything we will ever need within ourselves, it is a process of Self-realisation. Traditional goal-setting and resolutions usually come from a place of feeling lacking , and then dreaming up how wonderful our lives would be if we just: lost those few extra kilos, got that next pay rise, or found our 'perfect' partner. Yogic intentions, however come from a place of deep listening, realizing our heart's deepest longing rather than focussing on egoic desires, and connecting with our truth, our highest self.

This two-hour workshop will focus on releasing what from 2024 no longer serves you and setting intentions for the upcoming year of 2025. This is a personal practice I have done for the last 6 years, I find it really helpful to reflect back on the year, looking at what worked and what didn't, and taking the learnings and moving them forward into the next year. The workshop will also be a time for you to think about the year ahead and to set intentions, inviting what you want to achieve into your world!

The practice will be from 7pm- 9pm on Wedneaday, January 8th.
This workshop will include guided meditation and breathwork, journaling and a gentle embodied flow to clear out the previous year and release stuck energy. We will end our practice together using Yoga Nidra to set our Sankalpa (our resolve, our hearts longing) and clear our negative Samskaras (our old habits) starting our New Year with focus and positive energy!
I will provide tea and homemade treats for after.

What to bring:
Yoga mat
Journal & pen
Mug for tea
* This class is open to all levels of yoga (please inform me in advance if you are pregnant)

‘Let go of people who aren’t ready to love you yet! This is the hardest thing you’ll have to do in your life and it will also be the most important thing: stop giving your love to those who aren’t ready to love you yet.

Stop hard conversations with people who don’t want to change.

Stop showing up for people who are indifferent to your presence.

Stop loving people who aren’t ready to love you.

I know your instincts do everything to win the good mercy of everyone around you, but it’s also the impulse that will steal your time, energy and mental, physical and spiritual health.

When you start manifesting yourself in your life, completely, with joy, interest and commitment, not everyone will be ready to find you in this place of pure sincerity.

That doesn’t mean that you have to change who you are. That means you have to stop loving people who don’t want to love you yet.

When you are excluded, subtly offended, forgotten or easily ignored by people you give time to, you don’t do yourself any favour by allowing them your energy and your life.

The truth is that you’re not for everyone...

And that not everyone is for you...

That makes this world so special, when you find the few people you have friendship, love or a true relationship with...

You will know how valuable that is...

Because you have experienced what isn’t...

But the more time you spend trying to make you loved by someone who cant...

The more time you waste depriving the same connection...

There are billions of people on this planet, and many of them will end up with you, on their level, with their vibration, from where they stand...

Hello!

I first started practicing yoga in 2011, but rediscovered my love for it while working and living in New York! Yoga allowed me to switch off from the hustle and bustle that was New York. After two years of traveling and working abroad I returned home to the Emerald Isle and completed my 200hrs RYT Training under the guidance of Sibylle Dallmann and Naomi Sturdy at Yoga Dublin.

I have an invested interest in Human and Women's Rights. I am passionate about making the world a more peaceful place, and feel that yoga and meditation are important factors in achieving that goal.

My classes are based on the belief that mental and physical health is interrelated and should be conditioned together. My classes focus on all aspects of yoga, pranayama and Meditation. Join me for some Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative based Classes!
