Join me & karen this October to celebrate our breasts as art 🎨 at 2 sessions with great company, ☕️ or 🥂 and lots of pink treats 💗 🧁🍧 to help raise awareness to & funds for this

I'll provide canvasses, paints, brushes to guide you so just bring yourselves (&babies welcome on the Tuesday avo) or come solo, with partners & pals for the Mumosa Night on the 18th. All are welcome!

Before I get questions (as this happened before😆)
• no you don't literally have to put paint on your actual b***s, just the canvas on the table 🤣
• no n**e models or un******ng needed ..we're going abstract 😉🤣
• no painting skill required, I can give you outlines to colour by numbers and relax, enjoy the process

It's a great cause and month to remind ourselves to do a breast check ✔️ support others ✔️ and gave a bit of fun in the process ✔️

Delighted to reveal my latest Dublin Canvas artwork on the traffic light box outside the Radisson Blu St. Helen's Hotel, Dublin off the N11 Fosters Avenue Junction. I loved living near Mount Merrion for almost a decade and enjoying Deerpark, so this piece is a tribute to this beautiful local amenity and it's historical background.

Had the best time on guiding a colourful giraffe paintalong with the incredible staff from the Rotunda Hospital.. here's some of their creations!

The upside down head tilt on the giraffe was designed to remind us all to check in with ourselves and others and ask 'how are we doing really!?, ' as part of a well-rounded wellbeing routine 💗

When a career is focused on care-giving and service to others it's so important to remember to also care for ourselves, recharge those batteries and have some fun in the process like todays painting!

Adding colour and personality to their gorgeous giraffes was where each of the team really shone... I'm in awe of the talent that unfolded during the workshops..we'd great craic and I'm so proud of them all & creations 🙌

All the Spring feels with this beautiful teal/ turquoise colour scheme for a brother and sister 2in1 float framed painting The common colour scheme between siblings' paintings reflects their family bond, but each piece has its own pops of colour celebrating their uniqueness!

It's bump painting time again to raise awareness of Kicks Count movement monitoring during pregnancy 🙌 ..

I'll be at Ireland's Pregnancy & Baby Fair this Saturday 23rd with https://www.kickscount.org.uk/
& Féileacáin offering FREE bump painting to support this fantastic information service and charity. WHY? because staying mindful of & counting baby's kicks can help us keep an eye on both mum and babys wellbeing during pregnancy and information empowers us to check in with our midwife/ doctor if you notice a pattern suddenly change.

Bump painting can be a fun & relaxing experience and way to celebrate a pregnancy in a really unique, colourful way. You can pick whatever you'd like.. be it an ultrasound painting, Easter themed or anything that's meaningful to you or brings a smile! Here's some examples from this time last year at the fair.
