All of the above are done on a one to one bases where we call out to your home and discuss your requirements with you in the comfort and privacy of your home. Hi folks 😃
If you want to get Fit and Healthier then join us on Wednesday 5th October at 8pm in Donore Avenue Community Centre for the following.
HIIT. High Intensity Interval Training.
These exercise classes are suitable for everyone as you train at your own pace and team up with people that are at your level of fitness. You push yourself as hard as you want over a given time then you rest before the next exercise.

Venue. Donore Avenue Community Centre. Dublin 8.

Cost. €8 per class.
