Construction Workers Health Trust (CWHT) and Construction Workers Benevolent Fund (CWBF).

The Construction Workers Health Trust (CWHT) is a registered Charity. The trust is funded by a small weekly levy of €1.50 paid by building workers. the levy is distributed as follows; €1.00 per week goes to fund the activities of the Health Trust and 50c per week goes to the fund the Construction Workers Benevolent Fund (CWBF).

Both charities are managed by a Board of Trustees, all whom are full-time Trade union officials, representing the Irish Construction Industry craft Unions.

Both charities are funded entirely by the contributions of workers. Neither receives any assistance from Government or non Governmental organisations.
