MTD's Favourite Tool - The PICO.

Excess fuel pressure, rail pressure going to maximum intermittently.

Caused by excessive VD across the IMV and the resulting increased current flow.

Blue - IMV ground side control.
Green - Fuel Pressure, sensor voltage.
Red - IMV Current.

Black = Inversion of heavily filtered PWM control, Mirrors the current beautifully.

Public Service Announcement!

As of April 14th MTD will no longer be offering mobile diagnostic services for SCR/DPF related issues.

We will of course still continue to carry out pre/post repair programming/resets etc. where needed but will not offer any diagnostic services on either of the above systems.

Our focus will turn solely to auto electrical diag and programming/coding. Of course this covers a broad area so if you are unsure if we can assist with a job please don't hesitate to get in touch.
