The classes are suitable for babies from 12 weeks to 1 year. The classes focus on Mum & baby & include:

- Breath/gentle stretch work for Mum.

- Baby circle time with movement, song, rhythm & rhyme.

- Baby story massage (new story massage book included)

- Wellbeing discussion and challenges (including mother's self-care, sleep, technology, art & science of wellbeing, touch & connection).

Dates & time: 10am Tuesdays - November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th & December 3rd.

Location: Milltown Parish Centre, Dublin 6

Cost: €140
