Monday's coaching question: Where do YOU add stress in your life? What could you do to change this?

Got this great email after my talk on 'Mindfulness in Organisations' for HR people yesterday: "You will be glad to hear I made a conscious decision to be mindful this morning. I noticed the beautiful river Nore that passes through Kilkenny this morning, which I speed over every morning and swear over the traffic that stalls on the bridge overlooking it. What a beautiful place to be mindful. It really does make a difference to slow down the planning and plotting that the brain operates on constantly."

Getting great feedback on the new People Potential course 'Mindfulness at Work'. Monday's coaching reflection question: If you had 6 perfectly healthy months to live, what would you do now? What does this tell you about how you should be living your life now?

A very welcome and more balanced view of the need for both Introverts and Extroverts. http://www.cshift.net/2012/03/16/why-the-world-needs-introverts/

Our lives are shaped as profoundly by personality as by gender or race. And the single most important aspect of personality – the “north and south of temperament“, as the scientist JD Higley puts it – is where we fall on the introvert-extrovert spectrum. Our place on this continuum influences our ch...
