What a fantastic weekend at Ireland's first and the talk events! We learnt so much about the history of Irish sweat houses, Lithuanian and Finnish sauna healing traditions and of course just what is happening in Ireland now and what is it like to run a sauna business!

We were joined by Bébhinn Ó Malley from sauna, who's been a key player in Ireland's sauna scene. We're thrilled to collaborate with her and others like Bosca Beatha and Sauna to build the Irish Sauna Association.
