Cian Brennan - Reflective Practice IACP Student Member, Trainee Psychotherapist For the past nine years, I’ve worked as a full-time freelancer in graphic design and video.

In 2014, I was diagnosed with leukemia. After a bone marrow transplant in 2015 and a relapse in 2016, I embarked on a profound journey of personal transformation. This experience sparked my passion for post-traumatic growth—how we can cope with and thrive after life-altering challenges. Six years ago, I began my own therapeutic journey, and today, I’m training in counseling and psychotherapy to further expand my practice and understanding. Through my work, I’ve faced many personal and professional challenges, but I’ve learned valuable lessons along the way. Now, I integrate these insights into my approach to coaching and therapy. My goal is to empower others to harness their experiences, build the tools they need to thrive, and create a life of freedom and fulfillment.
