DMK Beta Gel is DMK’s signature immune-supportive and reparative serum designed to address reactive, irritated, compromised, or traumatised skin. Why is this important?

In the right hands the results of non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as Botox® and dermal fillers can be fantastic, restoring a more youthful appearance, delivering subtle and discreet enhancements that not only make us look better but can help to make us feel better too.

Up until now, finding a safe, reputable practitioner has quite simply been a lottery. Legally, non-surgical cosmetic procedures like Botox® and dermal fillers can be injected by ANYONE regardless of their training or experience.

The lack of regulation has resulted in a mass of unscrupulous people masquerading as trained professionals who entice you through their doors promising to deliver great results at incredibly low prices. A study of Japanese people who have lived over a century found they harbour distinct groups of bacteria in their gut, which generate unique compounds and might even ward off infections and other environmental stressors.Research has found that their gut diversity plays a major role . Less diversity in the types of gut bacteria has been linked with condition from frailty, vulnerability to chronic disease, etc in older adults.

The Japanese diet is largely fresh and unprocessed, with very few refined ingredients and sugar is rich in omega-3, seafood, fermented foods seaweed, and matcha green tea. This diet helps to promote a more diverse ratio of gut microbes and a reduction in general inflammation in the body - studies show that this key to slower ageing . This approach will provide a a significantly better health outcomes.

Too much stress can impact your gut health. Yoga, meditation, therapy or even journaling have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety. Restful and restorative sleep is essential for health .
