Welcome. This is a safe and compassionate space for therapy in Dublin and online. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, understand your needs, and begin to create meaningful, lasting change. As a humanistic and integrative therapist, I work collaboratively with you, at your pace. Our work together is a partnership focused on your personal growth and well-being. While my practice is open to all adults and adolescents, I have a strong focus on men's mental health and the emotional challenges of fatherhood. My personal and professional experience in this area led me to found From Lads to Dads, a support service for new and expectant fathers. My experience involves supporting individuals through a wide range of life's challenges, including:
●Trauma and PTSD
●Anxiety and Depression
●Grief and Loss
●Stress and Anger Management
●Neurodivergence (ADHD & Dyslexia)
●Relationship Difficulties

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t need to have everything figured out. If you're ready to take that first brave step, I'm here to support you on your journey.

Update on the monthly meet up for dads, a safe none judgemental space to be heard and seen and to explore parenthood, it was a lovely group to be part of, dads got to discuss their worries, concerns and also their joys of being parents 😀 thank you to them all for their honesty ❤️❤️

Today is a day i want to celebrate 🥳 my graduation as a counsellor and psychotherapist, it was has been a transformational journey, there were alot of ups and downs and times of heartbreak to overcome, but with all the supprt of family and friends we.made it, thank you to everyone, 💓💓 also a special thank you to who was my biggest champion and held me many times when anxiety or overwhelmed took over me, you are amazing and I love you❤️❤️❤️
