Founded by Shane O’Hanlon, a qualified Paramedic Practitioner with extensive frontline experience with the National Ambulance Service, O’Hanlon Health and Safety Training is built on a foundation of expertise and dedication. Shane holds a Diploma in Paramedical Sciences from University College Cork (UCC) and a National Qualification in Emergency Medical Technology at the Paramedic level (NQEMT - Paramedic). He is also a certified instructor with Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) in Manual Handling and People Handling Instruction. With many years of teaching experience within the HSE, National Ambulance Service , Shane has also actively contributed to his Community First Responder Group in Dundalk (Chairperson & Founder), Louth Civil Defence, Order of Malta, and various local community groups. We provide training courses to a wide range of sectors including childcare, schools, construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, education, and healthcare, offering exceptional value across Ireland. Both public and private courses are available to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
