Most people are magnesium deficient and don’t even know it. 😴

Poor sleep. Muscle cramps. Brain fog. Anxiety. These are all signs your body could be running low.

The problem? Most magnesium supplements use cheap forms your body struggles to absorb.

Magnesium Bisglycinate is different — it’s the gentlest, most bioavailable form, meaning more of it actually gets to work where you need it most.

✅ 200mg elemental magnesium per serving
✅ Muscle & nervous system support
✅ GMP Certified · Irish-Made
✅ 60 capsules

“I sleep better, feel more relaxed, and my muscle recovery has improved.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you've ever struggled with addiction — or watched someone you love struggle — and wondered why it felt so much harder for some people than others, this might be the answer nobody gave you. 👇

People with an MTHFR gene variant produce lower levels of dopamine, serotonin, and GABA — the neurotransmitters that regulate mood, reward, and impulse control.

When your brain is chronically under-resourced in these chemicals, addictive substances don't just feel good. They feel like relief. Like finally feeling normal.

This isn't a character flaw. It's biochemistry.

Research has found significantly higher rates of MTHFR mutations in people with opioid use disorder — and the link to anxiety, ADHD, and impulsivity makes the picture even clearer.

We wrote about it in full. It's one of the most important things we've ever published.

If you have MTHFR, these three are the foundation.

Most people start with B vitamins — and that's right. But two things are often missing.

🔆 Vitamin D3 affects over 200 genes, including ones involved in methylation. If you're deficient — and most people in Ireland, the UK, northern Europe and Northern America are for most of the year — your methylation pathway is working against a headwind before you even start.

🧲 Magnesium is a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions, including multiple steps in the methylation cycle. Low magnesium means low methylation efficiency, no matter how good your B vitamins are.

🧬 And active B6, Methylfolate + B12 give the pathway what it needs to actually run — in forms your body can use without conversion.

We put all three together in one bundle. It's what we'd recommend to anyone starting their MTHFR journey or wanting to make sure the basics are covered.

I honestly wish more people knew about methylation and homocysteine years ago.

A lot of people struggle with things like:

• brain fog
• anxiety
• exhaustion
• poor sleep
• low mood
• headaches
• inflammation
• digestive issues

…without ever being told there could actually be a reason behind it.

For some people, issues with methylation (often linked to MTHFR variants and high homocysteine) may play a role.

This is why I made this post — because these conversations are still not happening enough.

I put together a simple article explaining 10 common signs of impaired methylation and what can help support it.

Worth a read if you’ve been feeling “off” for a long time 👇
