Today, on World Mental Health Day, please remember to be kind to others. We all learned the old phrase-‘Sticks and stones may break your bones but names will never hurt you’…we are now more well-being educated and we all know words can hurt. Bones will heal, but words may stick. So take a pause before saying something which might have lasting impact on others, learn to apologise if you feel regret, and if you don’t receive a deserved apology, learn to forgive with love and light.
