I’ve been treating more athletes recently in clinic and thought I’d share this lovely review. Although I treat a lot of back, neck and shoulder injuries, I also offer full body sports massage. This treatment also includes a full postural and orthopaedic assessment which allows me to identify and focus on areas of the body that may need more attention. So no matter where you are in your fitness journey, this therapy may be beneficial for both your recovery and maintenance along the way.

Cranial therapy is most commonly associated with treating babies for conditions such as colic, reflux, sleeping issues and tongue tie amongst others.
Cranial therapy is also beneficial for adults and is used here in the clinic to help alleviate symptoms such as chronic neck and back pain,headaches, chronic fatigue/sleeping issues and emotional stress.
