Had a very busy and rewarding day at the Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage course, organized by OBUS Academy. 🤰🧴
This type of training is such an important part of comprehensive pregnancy care. As a therapist, I believe that continuous professional development is essential to ensure I deliver the highest standard of treatment to my clients.

It’s also vital to choose courses that are fully accredited and recognized in Ireland, so that clients can trust the quality and safety of the care they receive.

Grateful for the opportunity to keep growing and learning in this field.

Hopi candling therapy can have many benefits. This is the perfect treatment for this time of the year when everyone is feeling little bit run down, sniffling , congested etc!!

The use of the candles can benefit with the following problems:

🕯 Excess buildup of earwax
🕯 Colds
🕯 Tension headaches (build up of pressure can reduce)
🕯 Hopi ear candling can also re-balance the pressure in the ear after potential disturbances like flying.
🕯 Tinnitus (ringing of the inner ear)
🕯 Glue Ear (excess fluid or build of of fluid on the inner ear)
🕯 Hay Fever (or other allergies affecting the sinus)

Hopi ear candle information:-
as the candle burns down within the ear a vacuum is created. This vacuum then draws out any excess wax, fluid or debris within the ear canal.
