Wow....how delicious does this look by Shirley Claffey.
Dinner:
Chicken coated in Aromatic with peppers onions carrots mushrooms dry fried on a pan added soy sauce and chilli to flavour
Sprinkled a few Crispy onions over the top for a little crispiness
Absolutely delicious 🤤 🥰

How well does Charlene Judge look! (second photo taken today)
We are all only human and being mother to 3 kids and everyday life can sometimes throw us off our targets. When this happens we are here to help you refocus and get back on track.
Over the past couple of months Charlene has returned to her target weight and achieved the following results:
