While coming towards the end of his run this Fitness Instructor happens to come across a mysterious letter neatly placed upon the windscreen of his car!

Whats in this letter? And what could possibly be so urgent for this mysterious person to place it for him to come across? Something to do with January maybe 🤔 you'll have to see the full video to find out [ check story ]

Making content like this is such a good way to get creative and keep you thinking outside the box.. my aim is to blend fitness content with a story driven end point for those who watch to follow along with 💪

Big shout out to Sean for smashing this one 👏

Sean was looking for a plan to work alongside in the gym as well as a nutrition routine to guide him towards his fit goals so we got down to business to carve out the perfect path to follow all the while working long hours every day! That didnt stop him from finding the time throughout his day to get the sessions in though ✅️

The goal here was to promote a leaner physique, build some muscle and to have a solid routine to follow along with in the gym, not only can it be seen that he put in the work in this area but another side effect here was building great confidence to execute certain exercises with a clear emphasis on form and technique!

60 days is what produced these results and let it be said that with a positive mindset, outlook and a determination to hunt down your goals these can be achievable! Great grafting with this one 💪💪

One of the best moves you can hit as part of chest or push day - the DB Chest Press 💪

If your goal is to put on lean muscle mass well then this move will serve you well as it zones in directly onto that mid chest area.. a good shout here would be to scale the weight and feel super tension on the region!

Just keep showing up!!

They say consistency is the key to achieve your goals! Well that statement couldnt be more true when it comes to chasing down your fitness targets!
A couple of do's and donts when it comes to working towards that 'elusive' end goal :

Do ✅️
▪︎ Have a workout plan in place! This is like a blueprint to which you have to follow. Dipping in and out will give you so so results, so why not structure your workouts and reap the benefits. This way you can go all out and get the best bang for your buck.
▪︎ Look to dial in your nutrition! Its being said a thousand times but food really is fuel for the body! Supplying your body with healthy proteins, carbs and fats will be your friend. Oh and that whole thing of healthy food is 'bland' is outplayed, with so many variety of great tasting foods you really are spoilt for choice.

Dont ❌️
▪︎ Do not be afraid to challenge yourself in the gym! Are you looking to add lean muscle? Well dont be afraid to bump up the weight and grow the muscle! Wanna lose weight? Well then why not challenge yourself by adding in an extra 10 or 15 mins of cardio?
▪︎ Do not quit showing up to the gym when you dont see results immediately! Like anything worth having in life it will take time and a little effort to achieve.

Fitness is like a character! The gym is the setting to level up the character with all different attributes to help sculpt the best possible character possible.

Moving your body is a privilege, so why not get working towards becoming the best you that is humanely possible!!

Wheter you are training solo or as part of a group like these two ladies one thing is for certain - You WILL look great but also feel great at the same time!!

Both of these two ladies show up on a daily and weekly basis and put their all into each class and their commitment and hard graft deserves to be recognised 👏👏
