Some more positive feedback from folks who are putting in top levels of work in each bouts of exercise ✅️

Wheter you are training solo or as part of a group like these two ladies one thing is for certain - You WILL look great but also feel great at the same time!!

Both of these two ladies show up on a daily and weekly basis and put their all into each class and their commitment and hard graft deserves to be recognised 👏👏

Finding it hard to stick to your nutrition routine? Check out these few tips that can hopefully make everything that bit simpler ✅️

▪︎ Nutrition can be simplified it doesnt need to be complex
▪︎ You will feel real good in yourself when you have a proper food intake
▪︎ Most importantly you need to enjoy what you eat

Client shoutout 🔊🔊

A big shout out to this lady who just finished up 8 weeks of training with me! The plan was tailor made to suit her weekly routine so i designed a workout regimen of 4 days of workouts with 2 active rest days in between!

It is evident from the pics that Maggie put in the work over the course of the 60 days! The goal from day one here was to lose those unwanted pounds, tone up and overall create a good connection with nutrition and workouts ✅️ Day 1 - Day 60 shows two very different physiques :
▪︎ More definition in the core + shoulders
▪︎ A slimmer waistline
▪︎ A reduction in those hard to hit love handle areas

Maggie achieved these great results by incorporating strength + core based workouts, approaching her meals in a healthy way with protein front and centre but most importantly by being consistent and checking in with me throughout the 60 days 👏
