Crainosacral therapy:

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body syste

m called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. What story have I repeated so many times that it now feels like truth?
Many people fight themselves every day without realizing it. The mind becomes a courtroom. The heart becomes a battlefield. But healing begins the moment you stop treating your inner world like an enemy camp and start approaching it like sacred terrain.
Not every dark thought is your identity. Not every fear is prophecy. Sometimes these struggles are ancient survival patterns trying to keep you small because small once felt safe.
Sit with yourself today. No mask. No performance. No rushing to “fix” everything. Just observe. Witness the places where you sabotage your peace, doubt your light, or shrink your voice. Then ask not with shame, but with curiosity:
Who taught me to stand in my own way?
Awareness is the lantern. 🔥

Just be present with what is surfacing. In that presence, something powerful begins to shift.
Tension may feel high today. You may notice people retreating into themselves, emotions running deeper than usual, reactions sharper, silences louder. Let it be. Not everything needs to be solved. Some things need to be felt all the way through. Because this is the work: to move through the darkness consciously, rather than unconsciously repeating it.
Scorpio teaches that transformation is not light & gentle, it is honest & necessary. Like a phoenix that doesn’t skip the fire, you are not here to avoid the burn, but to emerge renewed because of it.
So trust this process. What feels intense now is clearing space. What feels like an ending is making way for a truer beginning.
