My name is Joanna, and my yoga journey started in 2018 when I fell ill and so lost. I was previously diagnosed with colitis then with diverticulitis and arthritis in my knee to make it more fun. My body was in pain and so was my soul… I was prescribed many different types of medication to heal but all created more health issues caused by side effects: constant migraines, loss of hair, dry and itch

y patched on my skin and so on… I couldn’t enjoy time with my four kids or life in general, so I have decided to put everything away and that’s when my life has changed. For better this time…
I changed my eating habits and turned to mother earth for her kind support. Healthy foods, yoga, meditation, mindful living and mindful breathing have changed my life. Completed my Progressive Vinyasa teacher training with Green Lotus Yoga and Kids Yoga Teacher Training and still exploring and learning. I feel better then when I was in my 30’s and so much happier. Started dreaming and planning again… The joy is in the journey! It is never too late to dream your life and to live your dream...

Dare to dream - this both a challenge and an invitation. It’s easy to get caught up in routines and forget we have the power to shape our days, our purpose, our lives, our reality…

If you were to write out your dream day, moment by moment—what would be in it? Who would be there? Where would you wake up? What would you feel?
The more you write about it, the more specific you are, you create certain feeling and that feeling attracts your dreams to you…

Happy International Women’s Day! ❤️

The Balance of a Woman

Women embody a perfect blend,
Of strength and softness that knows no end.
Carrying the weight of the world each day,
Yet spreading love along the way.

They lift, they lead, they heal, they fight,
A guiding force, a beacon of light.
But even warriors need to rest,
To pause, to breathe, to feel their best.

Sometimes we forget, lost in the race,
That rest is power, not a waste.
To recharge, to heal, to rise anew,
Stronger, brighter, ready to pursue.

To every woman: Your strength is endless, but your rest is sacred….we need to replenish to keep going.
Today, give yourself time to do things that make you feel good, whatever that may be for you…

What is that nice thing for you?

We live in this busy world nowadays and very often we forget how important it is to look after our own wellbeing. With all the demands of work, social life, and responsibilities, self-care often takes a backseat. But if we don’t take care of ourselves, we can’t show up fully for anything else.
That’s so true. We get so caught up in the daily grind that we forget to take care of ourselves—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. It’s easy to fall into a routine of just surviving rather than truly living.

But the good news is, even small changes can make a big difference. Taking just a few minutes a day to check in with ourselves, nourish our bodies, move a little, and reconnect with what inspires us can bring back that lost energy and sense of purpose.

And dreaming my dear friend, that’s essential! Dreams give us direction, excitement, and a reason to keep pushing forward.
When was the last time you truly let yourself dream without limitations?
What do you do to prioritize your well-being?

Slow down. Take a breath. Notice. Have fun. Do things that bring you joy. What’s around you is your creation ❤️❤️
