🚨 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 🚨
A little update on ‘s progress! An incredible improvement in body composition! Feeling her fittest & strongest and about to hit a huge milestone & run a 10km!
Karen came to be looking to lose bodyfat, get leaner and ultimately feel better in herself.
We got to work training 3-4 day a week, incorporating a step goal and some forms of cardio. We also built healthy habits with nutrition using a flexible approach that allowed her to maintain her balance with nights out & social occasions.
Karen is also about to complete a 10km race. In January she was unable to run 1km without stopping, now she’s ready for a 10km without stopping! So her progress has been absolutely phenomenal!! Achieving goals that seemed impossible & out of reach just a few weeks ago!
Incredible results for Karen so far, and I think this is an important transformation to share. Karen’s weight is pretty much the same in both pictures. So if she was just looking at the weighing scales she might think she’s not been progressing.
But you can see she looks totally transformed! She’s lost lots of bodyfat, and gained some nice lean muscle in the right areas: legs, glutes & upper body. Her body composition is totally improved! A perfect example of body recomposition, and it shows exactly why the scales doesn’t matter a whole pile for most people!!
Unreal stuff, great client & great person! And plenty more to come as we get leaner moving into summer 💪🏽💪🏽
