🚨 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 🚨

What a transformation from ! 13kg dropped in 15 weeks! 🔥🔥

Bobby came to me in October looking to lose some bodyfat, improve strength, fitness and performance on the pitch, and ultimately he had a goal of losing 10kg.

Myself and Bobby have worked together many times before but lately he had fallen out of routine and into bad habits. So we got to work on correcting that!

We trained 4 times per week, integrating S&C sessions from his club into the program. We incorporated a power session weekly and some pitch work & running sessions too. We maintained a deficit throughout but nothing extreme.

And the results have been phenomenal. We gave ourselves 16-20 weeks to lose the 10kg. Bobby has now lost 13kg in just 15 weeks.

His power and performance have improved massively. In his own words he’s the fittest and fastest he’s ever been. He’s also the strongest he’s ever been, recording his heaviest lifts ever over the past few weeks!

Unbelievable stuff. I can’t say enough positive things about Bobby. I’ve never seen a man as locked in as he has been over the past 15 weeks. Everything nailed to a tee!

Absolute legend, bright future ahead for Bobby. Ambition in abundance. Now we maintain this lower body fat and add some strength & lean muscle. Let’s get it 💪🏽

3 realistic things to remember if you’re starting or restarting your fitness this year ⬇️

1. Think long term.

Marathon, not sprint. It’s so easy to fly out of the blocks in the new year. I know the temptation is there when motivation is sky high, but this will lead to burnout, crashing, and failing. Set a realistic target for exercise and nutrition. Exercising 3x per week for the next year will benefit you way more than exercising 6x per week for the next three months and then quitting.

2. It’s you versus you.

Again, motivation is high, and you’re feeling enthusiastic, but then you get to the gym and you compare yourself to others in there. Then you get home, feeling down, and compare yourself to people online and make yourself feel worse. Everyone starts somewhere, and they were once in your shoes. It’s useless comparing yourself to someone further along than you are. Just beat YOUR previous week, and those small improvements will add up over the weeks.

3. It doesn’t have to be perfect.

You will mess up, and you will probably fall off the wagon at some point, but remember, it doesn’t have to be perfect! A bad meal doesn’t mean the day is ruined. A bad day doesn’t mean a bad week. Missing a workout doesn’t mean you say f*ck it and skip the rest of your workouts. Doing something is always better than doing nothing, even if it isn’t perfect.

And a great transformation from ! 6kg dropped in 12 Weeks leading up to her wedding day! 💍🔥

Sarah and myself started working together towards the end of summer with a plan to lean out, lose some body fat and tone up before her wedding day in 12 weeks time!

We got to work on a plan, going for 4-5 sessions a week, including her 2 CrossFit sessions! We gradually introduced some cardio sessions as we went along and swapped in the odd Olympic lifting class too! We started with calories relatively high and gradually worked down into a deficit as the weeks went by!

Unreal results in a short timeframe! 6kg dropped, feeling her best & most confident for the big day. Maintained a nice balance throughout too! There was a few nights away and her hen thrown in and still incredible progress!

An absolute legend, who also happens to be a cousin of mine! Was a great wedding too! 😆 Brilliant stuff and a pleasure to work with! And plenty more to come 🔥🤝🏽
