Eileen Heneghan offers courses and healing sessions that support personal development and healing. She explores a range of approaches in her practice which has run for 14 years and draws on her own experience and sacred journeys. Eileen offers Tera-Mai Healing, and integrates Aura Soma into her work. As a yoga teacher in the Kripulu tradition, she has also trained in Yoga Nidra under Uma and Nirlipta Dinsmore Tuli. Eileen's practice is based in the beautiful setting of Clonacody House, Fethard, Co. Tipperary - a restful setting which provides a haven and a place for self-discovery for everyone who visits.
